What do my hours cover?
Everything needed to deliver: design, revisions, and the project coordination and QA that keeps it all running. You're not just paying for design — you're paying for a managed process so you don't have to chase anyone.
How do revisions work?
No caps on revision rounds — time is tracked within your hourly balance. Our internal QA means we typically nail it in 1–2 rounds, so your hours go to new work, not fixes.
How do i know what I'll be charged?
Every brief gets a time estimate before work starts. You approve the hours, then we execute. If the work comes in under estimate, you're only charged for actual time. If it would exceed the estimate, your PC flags it first — never after. You're always in control of your budget.
What happens if I go over my ours?
Additional hours are available at $70/hr. Your Project Coordinator will flag when you're approaching your limit so there are no surprises. If you're consistently going over, we'll recommend the right tier for your workload.
Can I pause or cancel?
All plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. You can pause for up to 30 days per quarter with 7 days' notice. When you unpause, pick up right where you left off.
